Web Analytics
The website www.parathera.hu uses the following services to measure traffic and advertising performance:
Web analytics performed on the website
We inform you that in order to measure the traffic of the website “www.parathera.hu”, monitor the behavior of its visitors, prepare statistics and measure the effectiveness of its advertisements, we use Google Analytics, Google Remarketing, AdWords Conversion Tracking, and Facebook Remarketing programs.
The above-mentioned programs place so-called cookies in your browser which store unique user identifiers. By visiting the website you authorize the use of Google Analytics, Google Remarketing, AdWords Conversion Tracking, and Facebook Remarketing programs. At the same time you consent to the monitoring and tracking of your behavior and to the use of all services provided by these programs.
In addition, you have the option at any time to disable the recording and storage of cookie data for the future as described below. We inform you that the settings and use of Google Analytics, Google Remarketing, AdWords Conversion Tracking, and Facebook Remarketing programs fully comply with the requirements of the data protection authority.
According to Google’s information, Google Analytics mainly reports visitor interactions on your website with the help of first-party cookies. These cookies record only information that is not suitable for personal identification. Browsers do not share their own cookies between domains. Further information about cookies can be found in the Google Advertising and Privacy FAQ.
Google fonts
We inform the user of the website that we use Google fonts on our site, which are widely accepted in web design and in providing fonts.
We draw your attention to the fact that the fonts used on the website are loaded through the Google Fonts service, not as locally stored versions. This means that when you open our website, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), during which your IP address may be transmitted to the United States.
This is technically essential for displaying the fonts, but from a data protection perspective it qualifies as a data transfer to a third country.
Google guarantees an adequate level of data protection based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
If you do not wish your IP address to be transmitted to Google, please do not use our website or use a browser setting/extension that blocks external loading.
Google Analytics
We use the Google Analytics program primarily to produce statistics; among other things we measure the effectiveness of our campaigns with it. By using the program we obtain information about how many visitors visited the website and how much time the visitors spent on the website. The program recognizes the visitor’s IP address, therefore it can track whether the visitor is a returning or a new visitor, and it can also track what path the visitor took on the Website and where they entered.
By using the website you agree to the use of Google fonts and Google Analytics and to the collection and processing of your data for the purposes mentioned above. If you do not want your data to be collected by Google Analytics, you have the option to disable it using the browser add-on provided by Google Analytics.
Google AdWords conversion tracking
The purpose of Google AdWords conversion tracking is to allow the business to measure the effectiveness of AdWords advertisements. This is done with the help of cookies placed on the user’s computer, which exist for 30 days.
Management of cookies
The website uses cookies to ensure operation, improve the user experience, and collect statistical and marketing data.
Cookies can be classified into the following categories:
- Necessary (functional) cookies – essential for the operation of the website and its convenience functions (e.g. saving language settings).
- Statistical cookies – collect anonymous information about visitor behavior.
- Marketing cookies – allow the display of targeted advertisements.
Detailed information about the use of cookies can be found in the Cookie Policy, and on the website you can customize or withdraw your consent using the cookie banner.
Disabling cookies
If you want to manage the cookie settings or disable the function, you can do this in your own browser. This option can be found depending on the browser toolbar in the menu item for cookies/tracking functions. Generally you can set which tracking functions you allow or disable on your computer under Tools > Settings > Privacy settings.
If you do not want Google Analytics to create reports about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on instructs the Google Analytics JavaScript scripts not to send visit information to Google. If you have installed the opt-out browser add-on, you will also not participate in content experiments.
If you want to disable Google Analytics web activity, visit the Google Analytics opt-out page and install the extension for your browser. For further information about installing and removing the extension, please refer to the help section of the respective browser.

The Data Controller processes Personal data in accordance with the principles of good faith, fairness and transparency, as well as with the applicable laws and the provisions of this Policy.
Personal data that are essential for using the Services are used by the Data Controller based on the consent of the concerned User and exclusively for a specific purpose.
The Data Controller processes Personal data only for the purposes specified in this Policy or in the applicable laws. The scope of the processed Personal data is proportionate to the purpose of the data processing and does not extend beyond it (data minimization).
We do not process Personal data of persons under the age of 18.
The Data Controller does not transfer the Personal data processed by it to third parties except for the Data Processors specified in this Policy and, in certain cases referred to in this Policy, External service providers. An exception to this provision is the use of data in statistically aggregated form, which does not contain any other data suitable for identifying the concerned User in any form and therefore does not qualify as data processing or data transfer.
In certain cases – official court or police requests, legal proceedings due to copyright, property or other violations or well-founded suspicion of such violations, damage to the interests of the Data Controller, endangerment of the provision of Services, etc. – the Data Controller may make the available Personal data of the concerned User accessible to third parties.
The Data Controller’s system may collect data about the activity of Users, which cannot be linked to other data provided by the Users during registration or to data generated during the use of other websites or services.
The Data Controller informs the concerned User and all those to whom the Personal data had previously been transferred for the purpose of data processing about the correction, restriction or deletion of the Personal data processed by it. The notification may be omitted if this does not violate the legitimate interest of the concerned User considering the purpose of the data processing.
The Data Controller ensures the security of Personal data, takes the technical and organizational measures and establishes the procedural rules necessary to ensure that the recorded, stored and processed data are protected and prevents their accidental loss, unlawful destruction, unauthorized access, unauthorized use, unauthorized alteration and unauthorized distribution. The Data Controller calls upon every third party to whom Personal data are transferred to fulfill this obligation.
Considering the relevant provisions of the GDPR, the Data Controller is not obliged to appoint a data protection officer.
The Data Controller is responsible for compliance with the principles.
Confidential data processing
The recorded data are treated confidentially and every effort is made to ensure their security, and they are used in the manner necessary for the proper functioning of the Website. This includes, among other things, sending emails and SMS messages to you and to the contact details provided by you, in which case the message is sent through the given service provider.

We provide our employees only with access to the personal data processed by us that is strictly necessary for their work. All access is logged, and access to the data export function is strongly restricted.
Data transfer
We are entitled and obliged to transfer all Personal data available to us and stored lawfully by us to the competent authorities if a legal regulation or a final authority decision obliges us to transfer such Personal data. The Data Controllers cannot be held responsible for such data transfer and the consequences resulting from it.
If the operation or utilization of our service is transferred partly or entirely to a third party, the Personal data processed by us may also be transferred partly or entirely to this third party without requesting your separate consent, but with appropriate prior notification to you, provided that such data transfer does not place you in a more disadvantageous position than the data processing rules indicated in the currently valid text of this Policy. In the case of data transfer according to this paragraph, you are given the opportunity to object to the data transfer before the transfer takes place. In case of objection, the transfer of your data according to this point is not possible.
The Data Controller keeps a record of data transfers for the purpose of verifying the legality of data transfer and informing the concerned person. This record contains the date of the transfer of personal data processed by it, the legal basis and recipient of the data transfer, the specification of the scope of transferred personal data, and other data specified in the law prescribing the data processing.
Updating the Policy and monitoring legal changes
The Policy is continuously reviewed and updated by the Data Controller in accordance with changes in the legal environment and the expectations of the authorities. The User can continuously obtain information about the current Policy under the “Privacy Policy” section of the website.
